We don’t fry! Not in this house, (to be fair, I made French fries during lockdown but that’s the exception). Cauliflower in the airfryer is so much better than in the oven, see how crispy they are? Anyways, add these babies to any green salad and enjoyyyy 🤤
Roasted Cauliflower Salad
Ingredients
Salad
- 1 Cauliflower Head (washed and cut into small florets)
- 1-2 tbsp Olive Oil
- ½ tsp Salt
- Any greens for a Salad Base
Dressing
- 1 clove Garlic (Mashed with a pinch of Salt)
- 1 Juiced Lemon
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Tahini
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Allspice
- ½ tsp Paprika
- 2-3 tsp Water (to thin)
Instructions
- Salt and oil the cauliflower florets and place them in the airfryer. Don’t worry about overcrowding your airfryer, put the entire cauliflower in there as it will shrink during cooking. I cooked mine for about 25 minutes mixing them at each 10 minute mark.
- Make the dressing by mashing garlic with a bit of salt and then adding all ingredients. The mortar and pestle was only for theatrics you could mash with a garlic mashed, and you could also make in a jar and shake. Leave water till the end and add as much as you need. Adjust salt level at the end if needed. Sahtein, I could eat this everyday!
