Ingredients
  

  • 220g Medjool Dates
  • 100g Peanut Butter
  • 20g Chis Seeds
  • 60g Rolled Oats
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 0.5 tbsp Vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Pit the dates and then process all the ingredients together till you get a nice paste. Shape into balls and roll in baking paper and that’s it. I made 14 balls out of this quantity and that comes to 108 calories / ball, which makes it a beautiful vegan snack (or quick suhour) for when you need one. Happy snacking
