Using the dough hook in a stand mixer, mix all the dough’s ingredients on medium for about ten minutes, and then on medium low for another 5-7 minutes. Once the dough doesn’t stick to the sides anymore you will know that it is ready.
Line your bowl with some olive oil, cover it, and let it rest in a warm spot for about 2 hours or until the dough has doubled in size.

Line a springform pan (23 cm) with oil or if your pan isn’t non-stick then line it with baking paper. Add the rolls leaving 2 cm space between each one.
Leave the rolls to rest for another 30 minutes and then bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 30-35 mins or unti golden. Enjoy!
