Pepperoni Pizza Rolls

Ingredients
  

  • 125 g Whole Wheat Flour (can use white flour)
  • 250 g All Purpose Flour (or bread flour)
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 7 g Instant Yeast (2 and ¼ tsp)
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 250 G Pizza Sauce
  • 350 g Cheese
  • 150 g Sliced Pepperoni

Instructions
 

  • Using the dough hook in a stand mixer, mix all the dough’s ingredients on medium for about ten minutes, and then on medium low for another 5-7 minutes. Once the dough doesn’t stick to the sides anymore you will know that it is ready.
  • Line your bowl with some olive oil, cover it, and let it rest in a warm spot for about 2 hours or until the dough has doubled in size.

  • Line a springform pan (23 cm) with oil or if your pan isn’t non-stick then line it with baking paper. Add the rolls leaving 2 cm space between each one.
  • Leave the rolls to rest for another 30 minutes and then bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 30-35 mins or unti golden. Enjoy!
