Big batch chia pudding
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 2 cups any milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp honey
- Pinch of salt
For breakfast add:
- Chia pudding
- Yogurt
- Nuts/ nut butters
- Fruits
- Cinnamon
- Honey
- Cereal
- Granola
Instructions
- In a glass container, mix all the chia pudding ingredients and cover.
- Place in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours. Then serve with the ingredients of your choice or simply alone.
