Koussa carpaccio, an extremely refreshing side dish that shows how amazing raw koussa can be. It was unbelievably delicious and we fought over it. Please note that I could eat this whole amount by myself
Koussa Carpaccio
Ingredients
- 500 g Koussa
- Mint Leaves
- 1 Lemon (Zest and juice)
- 45 ml Olive Oil
- ¼ tsp Pepper
- Sea Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cut the koussa very thin using a vegetable peeler. Make sure your koussa is very fresh and doesn’t have that bitter taste that koussa sometimes has. Then chop up some mint, add it, add lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, sea salt and black pepper.
- Mix well.
- Marinate for 10 minutes and serve chilled. It’s not the prettiest dish, but it’s so so good you gotta trust me on this one.
