Big batch chia pudding
Ingredients
1/2
cup
chia seeds
2
cups
any milk
1/2
tsp
vanilla extract
2
tbsp
honey
Pinch
of salt
For breakfast add:
Chia pudding
Yogurt
Nuts/ nut butters
Fruits
Cinnamon
Honey
Cereal
Granola
Instructions
In a glass container, mix all the chia pudding ingredients and cover.
Place in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours. Then serve with the ingredients of your choice or simply alone.
