Big batch chia pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups any milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Pinch of salt

For breakfast add:

  • Chia pudding
  • Yogurt
  • Nuts/ nut butters
  • Fruits
  • Cinnamon
  • Honey
  • Cereal
  • Granola

Instructions

  • In a glass container, mix all the chia pudding ingredients and cover.
  • Place in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours. Then serve with the ingredients of your choice or simply alone.
