Melt the butter and mix in the sugars. No lumps please!
From medium balls (I got 17) and freeze them for 15 minutes while you preheat the oven to 180°C.
Then bake for 12-15 minutes directly from the freezer. Enjoy, but moderation is always key, which is why I only baked half and froze the other half of my dough for another rainy day. Enjoy my darlings
