Sandy’s Quarantine Cookies

Ingredients

  • 113 g Unsalted Butter (0.5 cup)
  • 125 g Brown Sugar (0.5 cup +2 flat tbsp)
  • 50 g White Sugar (0.25 cup)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 200 g Flour (1.5 cups)
  • 50 g Salted Chips
  • 50 g Pretzels
  • 50 g Dark Chocolate
  • 35 g Marshmallows

Instructions

  • Melt the butter and mix in the sugars. No lumps please!
  • From medium balls (I got 17) and freeze them for 15 minutes while you preheat the oven to 180°C.
  •  Then bake for 12-15 minutes directly from the freezer. Enjoy, but moderation is always key, which is why I only baked half and froze the other half of my dough for another rainy day. Enjoy my darlings
