Description
This is a dish that we have been making at home for so long. It is my joker card, the one I take out when I’m out of ideas and in no mood for complaints because everyone eats it, and happily so. It is very flavorful and nutritious, and you can add veggies too, but we’re used to eating it just like this. Don’t forget to sprinkle coriander and peanuts on top before serving.
