Cut the chicken into strips and season with ¾ tsp salt and all the spices.
Place 1 tbsp coconut oil in the pot and cook the chicken thoroughly.
Remove the chicken and place aside, then in the same pot put another tbsp of coconut oil and then add the chopped onion.
Cook the onions for 5 minutes on medium heat and then add the ginger and garlic and cook for an additional minute. Then add the tomato can, coconut cream can, bring to a boil and then add back the chicken strips.
Add peanut butter and honey, and taste to adjust salt levels.
Sprinkle chopped coriander and salted peanuts on top.Serve with basmati rice and enjoy!
