Miso Honey Salmon
Ingredients
- 1 kg Salmon Filets
- 2 tbsp White Miso Paste
- 4 tsp Honey
- 4 tsp Rice Vinegar (can sub with apple cider vinegar)
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- ½ tsp Ginger Powder (or 1 tsp fresh grated ginger)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C and place the salmon outside the fridge.
- Mix the miso, honey, vinegar, soy, and ginger powder in a little bowl.
- Pat the salmon completely dry and then drizzle the sauce and spread it on top. You will have some sauce remaining, keep it aside.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 200C and bring up the heat to 220C and broil for another five minutes. Watch them closely so they don’t burn
- Drizzle the extra sauce on top and serve. Enjoy!
