Miso Honey Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Salmon Filets
  • 2 tbsp White Miso Paste
  • 4 tsp Honey
  • 4 tsp Rice Vinegar (can sub with apple cider vinegar)
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • ½ tsp Ginger Powder (or 1 tsp fresh grated ginger)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200C and place the salmon outside the fridge.
  • Mix the miso, honey, vinegar, soy, and ginger powder in a little bowl.
  • Pat the salmon completely dry and then drizzle the sauce and spread it on top. You will have some sauce remaining, keep it aside.
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 200C and bring up the heat to 220C and broil for another five minutes. Watch them closely so they don’t burn
  • Drizzle the extra sauce on top and serve. Enjoy!
