Preheat the oven to 200C and place the salmon outside the fridge.
Mix the miso, honey, vinegar, soy, and ginger powder in a little bowl.
Pat the salmon completely dry and then drizzle the sauce and spread it on top. You will have some sauce remaining, keep it aside.
Bake for 15 minutes at 200C and bring up the heat to 220C and broil for another five minutes. Watch them closely so they don’t burn
Drizzle the extra sauce on top and serve. Enjoy!
