Leftover Manoushe Crackers

Description

We have all had leftover manakish at home. Sometimes we end up eating them, sometimes we don’t. But why not make them into crackers. This is foolproof and would be great for lunchboxes too. I send them with some labneh for dipping and snacks are sorted.

Leftover Manoushe Crackers

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Leftover Zaataar Manoushe or more

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180C. Cut up the manoushe into thin strips and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Then bake for 10-15 minutes until golden and crunchy. Cool down before packing. Enjoy dipping these in a variety of sauces or dips, or the standard labneh like I would.
