Big Batch Chicken
Ingredients
- 3 kg chicken breast cubed
- ¼ cup yogurt
- Juice of 3 lemons
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 and ¼ tsp salt
- ¾ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp coriander
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1.5 tsp paprika
- 1.5 tsp allspice
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp pul biber or ½ tsp chili flakes
Instructions
- Cube the chicken, make sure it is fresh and not defrosted.
- Add all the marinade ingredients. Massage them in.
- Portion them into bags of 200 to 350 g and then close the bags well and freeze.
- Defrost in the fridge the night before and then grill in a pan.
