Fontainebleau - the dessert you can whip up in a snap
Ingredients
Cream:
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 cup Greek yoghurt
For serving:
- Honey, caramel, chocolate or fruit sauce
- Crushed biscuits
- Fresh fruits
- Nuts
Instructions
- In stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment (or a hand mixer) whip some heavy whipping cream (35%).
- When stiff, add in an equal part of Greek yoghurt (originally they use fromage frais) and whip until incorporated.
- Serve with your choice of sauce and toppings. Here it was a strawberry coulis with some toasted almonds, yum!
