Fontainebleau - the dessert you can whip up in a snap

Ingredients

Cream:

  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt

For serving:

  • Honey, caramel, chocolate or fruit sauce
  • Crushed biscuits
  • Fresh fruits
  • Nuts

Instructions

  • In stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment (or a hand mixer) whip some heavy whipping cream (35%).
  • When stiff, add in an equal part of Greek yoghurt (originally they use fromage frais) and whip until incorporated.
  • Serve with your choice of sauce and toppings. Here it was a strawberry coulis with some toasted almonds, yum!
