Hello easy lunch idea for kids and kids at heart ๐Ÿ™ƒ: cornflake breaded chicken, of course baked because we almost never fry.

Corn Flake Breaded Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g chicken breast, halved into thin breasts or cut into strips
  • 0.5 cup flour approximately
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 0.5 tbsp sweet paprika
  • 0.25 tbsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tbsp salt
  • Dash of white pepper
  • Cup of crushed cornflakes

Instructions
 

  • Cup of crushed cornflakes
  • Whisk the egg with the milk, the salt and spices.
  • Coat the chicken with the flour, then egg, then cornflakes.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees C (for breasts), or less if youโ€™re making strips. You could also use an air fryer for this. Served here for a grownup with a salad and honey mustard sauce (Dijon + honey + paprika)
