Cup of crushed cornflakes
Whisk the egg with the milk, the salt and spices.
Coat the chicken with the flour, then egg, then cornflakes.
Bake in a preheated oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees C (for breasts), or less if you’re making strips. You could also use an air fryer for this. Served here for a grownup with a salad and honey mustard sauce (Dijon + honey + paprika)
