Buttery Smoked Salmon Toast
Ingredients
- 200 g Smoked Salmon
- 100 g European Butter (Room Temperature)
- 3 tbsp Sour Cream
- 1 tsp Fresh Dill (More to decorate)
- 2 tsp Mustard
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 zest Half a lemon
- ¼ tsp Salt Flakes
- ¼ tsp Cracked Black Pepper
- 1 Baguette
Instructions
- Mix up all the ingredients and spread on toast, the herby French butter and sour cream make an excellent base. Top with good quality smoked salmon and you’re good to go.
