I’ve been making this breakfast for a couple of days now and I’m completely hooked. It tastes like a chocolatey dessert but it’s sugar free, filling, and full of nutrients. Try it soon!

Chocolate & Peanut Butter Oats
Ingredients
- ⅓ large ripe banana
- 2 tbsp rolled oats (or 1 tbsp for a smaller quantity)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 180 ml milk, I used oat (or 120 ml for a smaller quantity)
- Toppings: strawberries, dark chocolate, more peanut butter
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients in a little casserole and cook for about 5 minutes. Smash the bananas while cooking and mix well. You can add some water if the mix feels dry, and continue cooking for an extra minute.
- Pour the oats into a bowl, you can eat it plain (delicious on its own) or top with fruits, chocolate and more peanut butter.The amount is enough for 1-2 people, depending on how hungry they are.
