2tbsprolled oats (or 1 tbsp for a smaller quantity)
1tbspchia seeds
1tbspcocoa powder
1tbsppeanut butter
180mlmilk, I used oat (or 120 ml for a smaller quantity)
Toppings: strawberries, dark chocolate, more peanut butter
Instructions
Add all the ingredients in a little casserole and cook for about 5 minutes. Smash the bananas while cooking and mix well. You can add some water if the mix feels dry, and continue cooking for an extra minute.
Pour the oats into a bowl, you can eat it plain (delicious on its own) or top with fruits, chocolate and more peanut butter.The amount is enough for 1-2 people, depending on how hungry they are.
