Making these was a true revelation for me and trust me they were gone so fast there weren’t any left for me. It is so incredibly simple and easy and healthier than any bag of chips you can buy. Here’s how to make them

Air Fryer Potato Chips
Ingredients
- 200g Potato
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 tbsp Salt
Instructions
- Wash your potato really well with water and vinegar. Try to rub any soil out with a sponge
- If you would like to peel it, go ahead and do that, I didn’t. Then take a vegetable peeler and slice the entire potato
- Immerse the potato pieces in water completely for a couple of minutes and then take them out and dry them very well with a towel
- Mix them with 1 tbsp olive oil and ¼ tsp salt and add to the basket of your air-fryer
- Cook them for a total of 15 minutes at 200C, stopping at each 5 minute mark to mix them well. Take them out when they are golden and crispy and dip in your favorite sauces or just enjoy on their own
Notes
You can add whatever spices you like, paprika, chili, garlic powder and herbs would all make great potato chip flavors
