Apricot Cheerio Energy Balls
Ingredients

cup dried apricots (142 g) from
3/4
cup raw cashews (96 g)
1/4
cup rolled oats (25 g)

tbsp
maple syrup
1/2
tbsp
vanilla extract
Good pinch of salt

cup
@cheerios
(30g)
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend. Then shape into little balls and dip in Cheerios. Store in an airtight container. Enjoy anywhere.
