Ingredients
  

  • 1 wrap Switz Tortilla
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil (or Melted Butter)
  • 1 tsp Coconut Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon (or less)

Instructions
 

  • Cut up the tortilla wrap into 8 equal pieces and brush the oil/butter.
  •  Sprinkle it with coconut sugar and cinnamon.
  • Flip them around and roll into little croissant shapes, make sure to add a tiny bit of oil/butter on the edge so it sticks.
  • Bake in an air fryer for 5-7 minutes at 160C.
  • Cool and enjoy with yogurt and fruits for a balanced snack.
