Cut up the tortilla wrap into 8 equal pieces and brush the oil/butter.
Sprinkle it with coconut sugar and cinnamon.
Flip them around and roll into little croissant shapes, make sure to add a tiny bit of oil/butter on the edge so it sticks.
Bake in an air fryer for 5-7 minutes at 160C.
Cool and enjoy with yogurt and fruits for a balanced snack.
