Almond butter cookies
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 135 g oats
- 65 g almond butter
- 0.5 tbsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 30 g dark chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C. In a large bowl, mash the bananas then add the oats, almond butter, vanilla and salt.
- Let the dough rest for 10 minutes and then spread the dough using 2 spoons on your baking tray lined with baking paper. Flatten the cookies with the back of your spoon. I made 18 cookies with this amount.
- Add the chocolate pieces, pressing them onto the dough. Bake the cookies for about 15 minutes, you will know they are cooked when they have browned slightly on the bottom.
