Sieve the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, 7 spices, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Mix them together and set aside.
Using a stand / hand mixer, beat the butter and then add the sugar. If the sugar is clumpy, try to break up the clumps.
Mix them together for about 3 minutes, then add the milk, eggs, and continue beating for about 2 minutes.
Add the flour mix and beat only until incorporated. Do not over-beat.
Take the dough and split it in 2 parts and roll it into 2 logs using baking paper. Freeze them until hard.
In a preheated oven at 180°C, slice each cookie at about 1 cm thickness and bake, time depends on size, but about 12 minutes should be good. Sahtein!
