Pan Con Tomate aka my favorite Spanish breakfast

Ingredients

  • Good quality bread
  • Ripe tomatoes
  • 1 garlic cloves
  • Salt
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • Get the absolute best bread you can find. Cut it up into slices and toast it in a pan.
  • While the bread it toasting, grate your extremely ripe tomatoes, get all the juices and none of the skin.
  • Cut a garlic clove in half and rub it on one side of the toasted bread.
  • Spoon your tomato sauce on top, add olive oil and sea salt (all very generously!). Enjoy on the spot!
