(You can use fresh but frozen is so convinient for me)

Instructions
In a little saucepan, add all the ingredients, including the water.
Cook on high heat for 6 minutes while mixing and mashing the bananas.
Enjoy warm. You can top with more fruits, some nuts, and some honey if you like.
