Hummus Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Hummus
  • Baguette or Sourdough Bread Slices
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil Separated
  • Salt
  • Koussa
  • Eggplant
  • Bell Pepper
  • Sundried Tomatoes in Oil or Fresh Tomatoes
  • Lettuce Leaves

Instructions

  • Slice your bread and rub a cut open garlic clove on the insides, then drizzle with 1 tsp olive oil. Grill in a pan.
  • Slice up the vegetables and sprinkle with salt and remaining 1 tsp of olive oil. Grill in the same pan until cooked with some char.
  • Layer your sandwich: bread, veggies, tomatoes, lettuce, and hummus. Enjoy!
