Slice your bread and rub a cut open garlic clove on the insides, then drizzle with 1 tsp olive oil. Grill in a pan.
Slice up the vegetables and sprinkle with salt and remaining 1 tsp of olive oil. Grill in the same pan until cooked with some char.
Layer your sandwich: bread, veggies, tomatoes, lettuce, and hummus. Enjoy!
