Mix wet ingredients (honey, tahini, vanilla) with a spoon in a bowl.
Mix dry ingredients (almond flour, baking soda, salt) with a spoon in another bowl.
Add dry to wet.
Mix with a spoon till it becomes a dough.
Make into balls with clean dry hands.
Place in a bowl and toss with sesame seeds to coat balls all around.
Press down on a baking tray to form a disc. Leave 3 cm space around each disc. No chilling time!
Bake for 9-10 minutes, rotating halfway through. I made 18 cookies, so if your cookies are smaller/bigger, you can probably cook for a bit less/more time. Can’t wait to see your cookies 🍯🍯🍯. Recipe adapted from @foodandwine
