Honey Tahini Cookies

Ingredients

7 ingredients only:

  • 150 g Almond flour
  • 1/2 tbsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 tbsp salt
  • 113 g honey
  • 80 g tahini
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 50 g sesame seeds

Instructions

*preheat oven to 180 degrees C*

  • Mix wet ingredients (honey, tahini, vanilla) with a spoon in a bowl.
  • Mix dry ingredients (almond flour, baking soda, salt) with a spoon in another bowl. 
  • Add dry to wet. 
  • Mix with a spoon till it becomes a dough.
  • Make into balls with clean dry hands. 
  • Place in a bowl and toss with sesame seeds to coat balls all around.
  • Press down on a baking tray to form a disc. Leave 3 cm space around each disc. No chilling time!
  • Bake for 9-10 minutes, rotating halfway through. I made 18 cookies, so if your cookies are smaller/bigger, you can probably cook for a bit less/more time. Can’t wait to see your cookies 🍯🍯🍯. Recipe adapted from @foodandwine
