Ingredients

  • 150 g Soft Small Dates
  • 65 g Goat Cheese
  • 100 g Knefe Pastry (defrosted)
  • 20 g Butter (melted)
  • 1 tbsp Pistachios (to top)

Instructions

  • Make an incision with a knife cutting open the dates, removes the pits and fill with goat cheese.
  • Wrap tightly with strands of the knefe pastry and brush with the melted butter.
  • You can top with pistachios before or after baking or even skip if you prefer them without.
  • They are a delicious addictive treat and will be a definite crowd pleaser at your parties.
