Cook the rice and set aside.
In a big iron skillet, or a non stick pan melt 1 Tb oil + 1 Tb butter. Beat your eggs and add them when the pan is hot. Scramble eggs, then remove.
In the same pan, add 1 Tb remaining oil and cook the veggies. Add the garlic halfway through.
Add the rice, eggs, sauces, sesame oil and continue cooking till the rice crisps up a bit.
Add pepper, spring onions, sesame seeds, and serve.
