Chop the onion and fry it in a little bit of oil, then add the meat and break it up. Season and salt it with the spices and then add the pine nuts and pomegranate molasses. Remove and cool.
Mix the mozzarella with the cream cheese and set aside.
Open your samosa wrappers from Switz and be careful to cover the ones you don’t need so that they don’t dry out.
Make your samosas, fill them well and seal them well with the flour and water mix.
Brush with olive oil and then bake in an airfryer for 8-10 minutes at 180C. Enjoy!
