Your Valentine’s dessert is sorted! This Nutella fondant that will either break hearts or win them, no other option really. It’s also incredibly easy and the recipe is makes only 2 👩❤️💋👨

Nutella Fondant
Ingredients
- 50 g milk chocolate, I used Lindt
- 1 egg
- 1/8 tbsp vanilla
- 25 g raw sugar
- 10 g salted butter
- 50 g flour
- 1/4 tbsp baking powder
- 40 g hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp Nutella (or more)
Instructions
- Refrigerate your Nutella jar for an hour or two before you start.
- Then as you begin, preheat your oven to 200 degrees C.
- Blitz the hazelnuts till they’re powdery, or almost creamy.
- Melt the chocolate with the butter, in the microwave (or using a double boiler).
- Using a handheld mixer, beat the egg, vanilla, and the sugar till the mixture begins to look white.
- Add the chocolate mix, continue beating.
- Add the hazelnuts, flour, baking powder and mix till incorporated.
- Empty half the mixture into 2 small ramekins, add a teaspoon (or a bit more) of Nutella, and then add the remaining mixture to cover the Nutella completely.
- Bake for 10 minutes, and then cool for 2 minutes before digging in.
Notes
This recipe only makes 2 but you can certainly double or triple it for more
