Your weekend breakfast is sorted! I’m not big a fan of overly healthified foods, but these pancakes were an absolute hit with both my kids (who have very different eating habits) so I’m sure they will be a hit with yours too.

Banana Oat Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup milk (I used cow milk but any will work)
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 0.5 tbsp vanilla extract
- 0.5 tbsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- blitz the oats and make into a fine flour.
- mash the bananas.
- mix everything together with a whisk.
- cook in a non stick pan and enjoy with maple syrup and berries like we did ✨✨✨. Makes about 12 smallish pancakes. #moveoverbananabread
