Swap the zaatar for pesto or tomato sauce, add extras like turkey ham or olives and give yourselves a well deserved pat on the back.

Notes
How to:
Spread sauce, then cheese, then any extras, then roll tightly and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C. They freeze well, you can make a big batch and throw it in there for when you need it.
