So good and makes only 2 ramekins! Multiply for more!

Apple Crumble for two
Ingredients
Apple filling
- 1 large green apple, peeled and cubed
- 10 g (2 tsp) brown sugar (I used soft)
- 2 pinches of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp water (sub with lemon if you are using a sweet red apple)
- 0.5 tbsp flour
- 15 g (1 tbsp) raisins (optional)
Crumble topping
- 35 g (2 flat tbsp + 1 flat tsp) unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 35 g (0.25 cup + 1 flat tbsp) flour
- 20 g (0.25 cup) rolled oats
- 40 g (0.25 cup minus 2 tsp) soft brown sugar
- 0.5 tbsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180° C.
- Peel and cut up apples and add all apple filling ingredients. Mix and set aside.
- Mix all crumble ingredients together and break the butter pieces with a fork (or your fingers) until the mix comes together.
- In 2 ramekins, add the apples and top with the crumble mixture. You can bake in 1 small dish as well if you’d like to share. In the ramekins, bake for 25-30 minutes at 180° C. Enjoy and serve with vanilla ice cream but I absolutely loved it on its own.PS. You can multiply the recipe and get as many servings as you’d like, and you can also make it with berries but swap the cinnamon with lemon and lemon zest.
